Which services am I getting for FREE?
Home Care Providers typically charge Care Management and Package Management Fees which are deducted from your home care package monthly. How much this is varies greatly from provider to provider, with the median price currently at around 25%.
Until 31 October 2025, we are waiving our fees, meaning that you will receive the following services completely free:
Care Management covers your dedicated Home Care Package Coordinator and the service they provide. Including but not limited to :

✔ Creation and reviewing of an individualised budget.
✔ Regular contact via phone and face to face visits.
✔ Safety and risk assessments and monitoring of your overall health and wellbeing.
