About the Role:

In this senior role, you will leverage your industry knowledge to drive success across multiple client engagements, offering valuable insights and driving operational improvements. You will oversee a team, build strong client relationships, and ensure timely, effective project delivery. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record of delivering results and contributing to business growth and completion of short-term contracts. 

Responsibilities of the Short Term Contracts Manager:

  • Contribute to team targets, manage the team effectively and efficiently.

  • Market from the desk with clients and potential clients.

  • Identify business development opportunities both reactive and proactive to short term contracts.

  • Source, follow up and pass on all leads to team members on a timely basis.

  • Demonstrate excellent relationship building, sales, and service skills.

  • Where relevant, support the executive team in driving team business development initiatives within short term contracts.

  • Monitor and report on teams performance to executives and at team meetings.

  • Demonstrate excellent team leadership skills by liaising with all clients, clarifying client's requests, and fulfil client requirements within short term contracts.

  • Assist in facilitating the end-to-end recruitment process as per the agency recruitment procedures.

  • Actively participate in the upkeep of the booking system within short term contracts.

  • Perform analysis and report on national statistics to the state manager and executive team on a monthly basis.

Essential Criteria:

  • Healthcare experience is strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience in a '360 recruiting' role.

  • Demonstrated sales and business development skills.

  • Demonstrated time management and organisational skills.

  • A high level of attention to detail and effective time management skills.

  • Demonstrated compassion, sensitivity and cultural awareness.

  • Self-organised with high levels of motivation and can work autonomously.

  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office suite and willingness to learn new programs.

  • Comfortable working in a small team environment and dealing with multiple work requests.
