Depending on the type of repatriation card you hold and your assessed needs, you can access a range of services across four main categories.
✔ Veterans' Community Nursing Program: Provides clinical and allied health services, including wound care, medication management, rehabilitation, and dementia support, to help veterans maintain their health and independence at home.
✔ Veterans' Home Care Program: Offers domestic assistance, social support, transport, and home maintenance services to white and gold card holders, ensuring comfort and convenience at home.
✔ Veterans' Overnight Care: Provides peace of mind with tailored overnight support, including active or inactive care, for gold card holders meeting eligibility criteria.
✔ Palliative Care: Delivers compassionate end-of-life care, focusing on comfort, dignity, and support for veterans and their families during critical moments.
