Ways to have your say
Your experience and ideas can help us improve the way we provide care and support.
There are different ways to have your say. You can choose to:
Review information before we share it with clients and participants
Give feedback on ways we could improve our services
Share your experiences and ideas
Help us make our services and information clearer and easier to use.
You can choose the opportunities that interest you and decide how much you would like to be involved.
Interested in getting involved?
You can get involved in a way that suits you. You might choose to take part in an occasional feedback opportunity or express your interest in joining our Client and Carer Advisory Group.
To get involved or find out more, email Lauren at lbolton@lumiacare.com.au.
You can also speak with your Lumia Care team if you would like help getting involved.
How your feedback helps
Listening to the people who use our services, and the people who support them, helps us understand what is working well and where we can do better.
We use your experiences and ideas to help improve our care, services and information so they are clearer, easier to use and more responsive to the needs and preferences of the people we support.
We will also let members of our Client and Carer Advisory Group know how their feedback has been considered.
Other ways to give feedback
You don't need to join the Client and Carer Advisory Group to give us feedback.
From time to time, we may invite you to complete a survey about your experience with Lumia Care.
You can also give us feedback, raise a concern or make a complaint at any time through our Feedback and Complaints form.
