About the Role:

We are looking for a caring, organised and diligent Community Registered Nurse, to provide clinical care for our clients across the Central Coast region to build our existing team.

You will have a passion for Primary Health Care and understand the importance of providing quality care within the community.

Our Nurses provide interventions such as medication administration (Incl. IVAB), clinical observations, basic and complex wound care, catheterisation, enteral feeding, PICC line management and palliative care.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Unrestricted registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years clinical experience.

  • Availability of 3-days during the week (preferably Monday to Wednesday)

  • Access to your own vehicle and a Driver's licence, which facilitates transportation to various client locations across Central Coast region.

  • Reliability and a willingness to travel as part of delivering care in a community setting.

  • A caring and committed attitude toward providing high-quality support for our clients.

  • Previous experience as a Registered Nurse (preferred but not essential).

  • Candidates must demonstrate their nursing skills and adaptability within various care environments.

  • The ability to demonstrate sound clinical judgment and confidence in your nursing capabilities.

  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.

  • Full working rights in Australia (citizenship, residency, or valid visa) and able to start immediately.

  
All candidates must have a criminal history check, an NDIS Worker Screening Check, and a Working With Children Check to be eligible for roles that involve working with minors.
  
Candidates must also provide a current First Aid Certificate to show they are prepared for emergencies. Additionally, they need to present proof of full vaccination against COVID-19, including a booster shot, as part of our health and safety protocols. These requirements ensure we maintain high safety and integrity standards in our workplace.
