Client Service Coordinator (Rostering/Scheduling) – Disability Services
About the Role:
Hawthorn - As a Client Service Coordinator (CSC), you’ll be the engine that keeps our disability care services running smoothly. You’ll coordinate staff schedules, allocate shifts and ensure our clients receive the right care at the right time. Every day, you’ll make a difference by keeping services running smoothly and supporting both clients, their families and our employees.
Role Type:
Hybrid Role - Work from our office in Hawthorn 3 days & work from home 2 days.
What You’ll Do
Take ownership of and manage the staff rostering for our Disability Client Portfolio
Ensure timely allocation of shifts alongside high quality carer/client matching
Resolve scheduling conflicts with exceptional customer service.
Be the main point of contact for clients, their families and carers, helping to resolve issues, answer questions and provide accurate and timely information
Collaborate with care teams, management and clients’ families as well as carers to ensure smooth delivery of services
Assist with administrative tasks related to rostering and client services.
What We’re Looking For
Experience coordinating schedules or managing staff allocations in a care or service-based environment
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems (the scheduling system we use is called The Lookout Way)
Team player, able to juggle multiple requests and prioritize tasks
Knowledge of disability services and client support related activities
Flexible, adaptable and solutions-focused.
Current clearances or willingness to obtain at own expense: Working with Children Check, National Criminal History Check, NDIS Worker Screening Chec
