About the Role:
As a Community Registered Nurse, your role involves delivering individualised care to clients in their homes and local environments. This includes conducting comprehensive health assessments, providing wound care, and addressing various health needs. Your specialised skills and knowledge will enable individuals to lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.
What you bring:
A caring and committed attitude toward providing high-quality support for our Aged Care clients.
A current and unrestricted AHPRA Registration confirming eligibility to practice nursing in Australia without restrictions.
Previous experience as a Registered Nurse (preferred but not essential).
Candidates must demonstrate their nursing skills and adaptability within various care environments.
Reliability and a willingness to travel as part of delivering care in a community setting.
The ability to demonstrate sound clinical judgment and confidence in your nursing capabilities.
A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
Full working rights in Australia (citizenship, residency, or valid visa).
A current and unrestricted Driver's License and reliable access to a vehicle, which facilitates transportation to various client locations as required for effective service delivery.
You must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or hold a valid medical exemption certificate.
A current criminal history check, an NDIS Worker Screening Check, and a Working With Children Check to be eligible for roles that involve working with minors.
Candidates must also provide a current First Aid Certificate to show they are prepared for emergencies.
