About the Role:
Heatmont - We present an exciting opportunity for Community Support Workers to assist our clients in Heatmont and surrounding suburbs.

Role responsibilities:
High care needs client requiring assistance in personal care, hoist, bowel care, manual handling competent, domestic assistance, varied shifts - weekdays daytime 7am-6pm and weekends.
Support clients in our community needing assistance with social support, transport to appointments, shopping or community outings.
Provide personal care to clients with dignity and respect such as assisting with showering, grooming and dressing.
Continue to support clients to live in their own home by providing help with their domestic assistance, meal preparation, cleaning and most importantly, companionship.
What we are looking for:
A passionate, caring and empathetic personality is a MUST.
Certificate III or IV in Community, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent is highly desirable.
Willingness to learn new skills on the job through training.
Experience in either aged care or community is highly desirable.
Experience with high care and dementia clients is highly desirable.
A valid driver's license and own vehicle is a MUST.
Current First Aid certificate (mandatory) or willing to obtain.
Current Police Check (mandatory) or willing to obtain.
NDIS Worker screening check or willing to obtain.
Working with Children Check or willing to obtain.
