About the Role:

As part of our team, you’ll provide essential in-home support to elderly clients, helping them remain safe, independent, and connected within their community. Your care, empathy, and presence will play a vital role in improving their wellbeing, confidence, and quality of life.

Position Details

  • Casual position

  • Monday to Friday shifts (approx. 7:00am–3:00pm)

  • Minimum availability of 3 weekday.

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need to be perfect — but you do need to care.

  • A kind, empathetic, and compassionate nature (essential)

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Certificate III or IV in Community Services, Aged Care, or Disability (highly regarded)

  • Nursing students are encouraged to apply

  • Previous aged care or community experience (preferred)

  • Strong communication and people skills

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Helping clients live independently at home

  • Providing companionship and social support

  • Assisting with transport, shopping, and community activities

  • Delivering personal care with dignity and respect

  • Supporting light household tasks and meal preparation

What You’ll Need

  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle

Current (or willingness to obtain):

  • First Aid & CPR certification

  • Police Check

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check

  • Working With Children Check
