About the Role:

You’ll be supporting clients across:

  • Macquarie ACT

  • Chisholm ACT

  • Jerrabombera NSW

  • Googong NSW

Working Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM, you’ll provide consistent, respectful care tailored to each client’s unique routine and preferences. Your role will focus on delivering support with patience, empathy, and attention to detail—never rushing, always listening..

Role responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care with dignity and respect

  • Assisting with daily activities and maintaining routine

  • Supporting clients with manual handling and mobility needs

  • Performing domestic tasks to keep the home environment comfortable

  • Communicating clearly and compassionately, adapting to client needs

  • Ensuring consistency and stability in day-to-day care

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability Support (or equivalent)

  • Proven experience supporting individuals with Cerebral Palsy

  • Demonstrated ability in manual handling
