We are currently seeking caring and dedicated individuals to become part of our expanding team across the Illawarra region, including Upper Central Coast (Wamberal, Wyong and surrounds) and Lower Central Coast (Umina Beach, Wyong and surrounds).

About the Role:

In this fulfilling role, you will support elderly clients to live safely, independently, and comfortably in their own homes. You will contribute to improving their wellbeing, confidence, and overall quality of life through personalised, client-focused care.

Position Details:

  • Casual role

  • Flexible weekday shifts (Monday to Friday, approximately 7:00am–3:00pm)

  • Minimum availability of 2 days per week

What We’re Looking For

  • A kind, empathetic, and compassionate approach (essential)

  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

  • Certificate III or IV in Community Services, Aged Care, or Disability (highly regarded)

  • Nursing students are encouraged to apply

  • Experience in community aged care (preferred)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients to maintain independence at home

  • Provide companionship and social engagement

  • Assist with transport, shopping, and community participation

  • Deliver personal care with dignity and respect

  • Help with light household tasks and meal preparation

Essential Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle

Current (or willingness to obtain):

  • First Aid & CPR certification

  • Police Check

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check

  • Working With Children Check
