Community Support Worker - Nowra

About the Role:

Nowra, Wollongon, Illawarra and South Coast -We are seeking caring, organised, and diligent Support Workers living within the Nowra region to join our team to provide care Monday - Friday between 7am-4pm.

In this role you will be visiting numerous clients within their own homes, and therefore, your own car is required. 

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Personal Care.

• Domestic Assistance, Meal preparation and serving.

• Medication prompting.

• Social Support.

• Basic admin and marketing support to assist the team where required.

Skills and Attributes:

• Experience in providing care within the Aged Care, Disability or Veteran sectors.

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care or Disability, Nursing Students who have completed their first year placement preferred (not essential)

• Car and Drivers license are a must.

• Current CPR & Manual Handling certification or willingness to obtain.

• Friendly and caring with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

• Professional and clear communication skills to enable effective communication with our clients.
