About the Role:

As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll provide person-centred care to clients in their own homes—supporting them to live safely, comfortably, and as independently as possible.

What we're looking for:

  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Aged Care (highly regarded)

  • Previous experience in aged care, disability, or community support (essential)

  • Strong communication and observational skills

  • A patient, reliable, and compassionate approach

  • Current driver’s license and a reliable vehicle (essential)

  • Previous experience in manual handling, hoist and transfers (highly regarded)

Role responsibilities:

  • Provide social support and companionship

  • Assist with transport to appointments, shopping, and community activities

  • Deliver personal care with dignity and respect (showering, grooming, dressing)

  • Support clients with domestic tasks and meal preparation

  • Promote independence and enhance quality of life in the home

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Current First Aid Certificate

  • Police Check

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check

  • Working with Children Check

  • Full Australian work rights

  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
