Enrolled Nurse - Gold Coast
About the Role:
Gold Coast - We are seeking experienced Enrolled Nurses to provide high-intensity care for a client requiring 24/7 support. This role involves working in a team environment to deliver quality care tailored to the client’s medical and personal needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide 6–8 hours of 2:1 care daily.
Work within a rotating roster of three 8-hour shifts covering 24-hour care.
Administer and manage non-invasive ventilation support.
Operate and monitor cough assist and suction machines.
Assist with personal care, mobility, and activities of daily living.
Document and report health status changes promptly.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure optimal client care.
Requirements:
Current AHPRA registration as an enrolled nurse.
Experience in high-intensity care or similar complex care environments.
Competence in operating non-invasive ventilation, cough assist, and suction machines (training can be provided).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and First Aid/CPR certification.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
