Finance Officer - Aged Care
About the Role:
Sydney - looking for an enthusiastic Finance Officer who can support a dynamic and growing team. The Finance Officer provides key administrative support to the Finance Manager and team.
The Finance Officer is responsible for client funding and claims duties as allocated by the General Manager - Finance. This position contributes to the effectiveness and efficiency of the funding management function and the timeliness, accuracy and integrity of funding and claims processes as well as monthly financial reporting.

Attributes for a successful candidate:
Diploma in a finance or accounting.
Self-driven and not afraid to ask questions
A minimum of 3 years in an accounting, finance, or administrative role.
A competent understanding of Aged Care HCP and CHSP would be highly regarded.
Proficiency with payroll processing software (we primarily use The LookOut Way, KeyPay, Xero and Netsuite)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent multitasking skills
Highly developed attention to detail
Strong time management skills
Ability to work with confidential information
Ability to prioritise tasks
Ability to work under pressure
