We’re urgently seeking compassionate casual Community Support Workers to join our growing team across the Eastern Suburbs, Inner West/City and St George regions.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this rewarding role, you’ll empower clients to live safely and independently in their own homes while staying connected to their community. You’ll provide meaningful social support, assist with transport and shopping, and create enjoyable outings that enhance quality of life. You’ll also deliver personal care with dignity and respect, support clients with domestic tasks and meal preparation. Most importantly, offer warm, reliable companionship that truly makes a difference every day.

A wide range of weekday shifts (Monday–Friday, around the times of 7am–5pm) with a minimum of 2 days availability required on a casual basis. 

  • Paid travel time and kilometre reimbursement between clients

  • Additional phone and laundry allowances

  • Fully automated systems — no timesheets or manual KM tracking

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • A passionate, caring and empathetic personality.

  • Confidence in communicating in Greek OR Italian 

  • Willingness to learn new skills on the job through training.

  • Certificate III or IV in Community, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent is highly desirable, current Nursing students will also be considered.

  • Experience in aged care within the community is highly desirable.

  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle is a MUST.

  • Current First Aid certificate & CPR, Police check, NDIS Worker screening check and Working with Children Check (mandatory) or willingness to obtain.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

  • Current AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse)

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

  • Relevant clinical experience (minimum 1–2 years)

Current (or willingness to obtain):

  • Police Check

  • First Aid & CPR certification

  • Working with Children Check

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
