ABOUT THE ROLE

In this rewarding community-based role, you will deliver comprehensive clinical care to clients across the Central Coast, helping them remain safe, independent, and well at home.

ROLE TYPE

  • Casual position

  • Ongoing availability required: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday

  • Immediate start available

  • Community-based role (in-home client care)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

  • Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience

  • Community nursing experience (desirable, not essential)

  • Strong clinical assessment and organisational skills

  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver 1:1 high-quality clinical care in clients’ homes

  • Medication administration (including IV antibiotics)

  • Clinical observations and comprehensive assessments

  • Wound care (basic and complex)

  • Catheter care (IDC & SPC)

  • Enteral feeding support

  • PICC line management

  • Insulin administration

  • Palliative care support

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

  • Current AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse)

  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

  • Relevant clinical experience (minimum 1–2 years)

  • Current (or willingness to obtain):

  • Police Check

  • First Aid & CPR certification

  • Working with Children Check

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
