ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a compassionate, organised, and dedicated Community Registered Nurse to support clients across the Sydney City and Inner West regions.

You will provide a wide range of clinical interventions while helping clients remain safe, independent, and supported in their own homes.

ROLE TYPE

  • Casual / community-based role

  • Weekday shifts (Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm)

  • Immediate start available

  • Servicing Sydney City & Inner West regions

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

  • Minimum 2 years’ community nursing experience

  • Strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills

  • A caring, patient, and empathetic approach

  • Excellent organisation and communication skills

  • Passion for delivering quality care in the community

  • Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver 1:1 high-level clinical care in clients’ homes

  • Medication administration (including IV antibiotics)

  • Clinical observations and assessments

  • Basic and complex wound care

  • Catheter care (IDC & SPC)

  • Enteral feeding

  • PICC line management

  • Insulin administration

  • Palliative care support

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

  • Current AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse)

  • Minimum 2 years’ community nursing experience

  • Valid driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle

  • Current (or willingness to obtain):

  • Police Check

  • First Aid & CPR certification

  • Working with Children Check

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
