ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a compassionate, organised, and dedicated Community Registered Nurse to support clients across the Sydney City and Inner West regions.
You will provide a wide range of clinical interventions while helping clients remain safe, independent, and supported in their own homes.
ROLE TYPE
Casual / community-based role
Weekday shifts (Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm)
Immediate start available
Servicing Sydney City & Inner West regions

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Minimum 2 years’ community nursing experience
Strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills
A caring, patient, and empathetic approach
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Passion for delivering quality care in the community
Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver 1:1 high-level clinical care in clients’ homes
Medication administration (including IV antibiotics)
Clinical observations and assessments
Basic and complex wound care
Catheter care (IDC & SPC)
Enteral feeding
PICC line management
Insulin administration
Palliative care support
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Current AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse)
Minimum 2 years’ community nursing experience
Valid driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle
Current (or willingness to obtain):
Police Check
First Aid & CPR certification
Working with Children Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check
