ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you’ll provide high-quality domestic cleaning services that genuinely improve clients’ daily lives while travelling to multiple homes across Greater Sydney each day. You’ll help create safe, comfortable, and respectful living environments for clients, enjoy the independence of managing your own schedule, and proudly represent Lumia Care with warmth, professionalism, and compassion in the community.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
A passion for delivering high-quality domestic cleaning services that make a genuine difference in people’s daily lives
Willingness to travel to multiple client homes across Greater Sydney throughout the day
Commitment to creating a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for clients in their homes
Confidence working independently while effectively managing your own daily schedule
A warm, professional, and caring approach when representing Lumia Care in the community
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
A valid Australian Driver’s Licence
Availability Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
A National Police Check, WWCC, and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain — we can help!)
A friendly, reliable, and professional attitude
Confidence working autonomously and taking initiative
Cleaning experience essential — full training and ongoing support are provided.
