Role Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the delivery of high-quality direct patient care by assessing patient needs and planning nursing care that is appropriate to the needs of the patient. Implementing nursing care, treatments and administering medications according to the healthcare plan and hospital policy. Monitoring and evaluating the ongoing effect of care and treatment and revising care accordingly.

•  To accept accountability for professional practice by ensuring own practice and competence levels are maintained and/or enhanced the needs of patients, staff and visitors.

• Communicates health care information to relevant members of the health care team.

• Respects the dignity, culture, values and beliefs of patients and significant others

What We’re Looking For:

• Current AHPRA registration (or working towards as an IQNM

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in your preferred speciality

• A commitment to ongoing professional development.

• Vaccinations to meet state requirements

• Minimum of 2 days availability

• Complete Covid-19 Vaccinations with Booster

• First Aid & CPR Certification (Required)

• Current police check (within the last 12 months)

• Working with Vulnerable People Clearance

• Full working rights in Australia
