Key responsibilities:
As the Registered Nurse on duty:
You will be required to lead, mentor, and supervise a team of dedicated Personal Carers ensuring the delivery of high-quality care for our residents.
You will also liaise with the Clinical Manager, Doctors, Allied Health and visiting Specialists in implementing and evaluating the resident’s care needs, keeping accurate and appropriate records of care delivery and ensuring safe medication administration, best practice wound care, and clinical support for our residents in accordance with their needs.
You will be required to work within the framework of the Aged Care Legislation and the Aged Care quality Standards.

What are looking for:
A current and unrestricted AHPRA Registration
Complete Covid-19 Vaccinations with Booster
CPR Certification (Required)
Flu Vaccination (Required)
Current Police Check (Required)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
Flexibility to be able to work a variety of shift times.
Minimum 3 days availability
Reliability and willingness to travel
High level of communication and customer service skills
Demonstrate judgement and confidence in your Nursing ability
Full working rights in Australia
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Your employment offer will be subject to satisfactory background checks such as Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check. You will also need to produce a current First Aid Certificate, and evidence of COVID-19 fully vaccinated with booster shot.
