About the Role:

Adelaide - Are you a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse looking to make your mark in the community space? Join Pop-Up Health's expanding Hospital in the Home (HITH) nursing team and provide exceptional 1:1 specialist acute and post-acute clinical care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for a range of clinical tasks, including IV medication administration, wound care, phlebotomy, and more. With a variety of casual and permanent employment opportunities available, this is an excellent opportunity to maintain and enhance your clinical skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

We are seeking Registered Nurses with AM & PM availability, across a minimum 3 shifts a week.

About You:

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ of acute care experience as a Registered Nurse

  • Ideally possess complex wound care experience (including Negative Pressure Wound Therapy)

  • Experience with male and female catheter placement (highly desired)

  • The ability to recognise and respond to the deteriorating patient

  • Strong critical thinking, clinical decision-making, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise duties and meet deadlines

  • Be willing to provide coverage to our private school nursing program.

You must also possess:

  • Current AHPRA registration

  • National Police Clearance

  • Unrestricted South Australian Driver's License

  • Working with Children and NDIS clearances

  • Current practical manual handling, first aid, and CPR certificates

  • Proof of mandatory vaccination (including COVID and Flu)
