Registered Nurse - Hospital in the Home (HITH)
About the Role:
Adelaide - Are you a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse looking to make your mark in the community space? Join Pop-Up Health's expanding Hospital in the Home (HITH) nursing team and provide exceptional 1:1 specialist acute and post-acute clinical care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for a range of clinical tasks, including IV medication administration, wound care, phlebotomy, and more. With a variety of casual and permanent employment opportunities available, this is an excellent opportunity to maintain and enhance your clinical skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
We are seeking Registered Nurses with AM & PM availability, across a minimum 3 shifts a week.

About You:
To be successful in this role you will have:
A minimum of 2 years’ of acute care experience as a Registered Nurse
Ideally possess complex wound care experience (including Negative Pressure Wound Therapy)
Experience with male and female catheter placement (highly desired)
The ability to recognise and respond to the deteriorating patient
Strong critical thinking, clinical decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise duties and meet deadlines
Be willing to provide coverage to our private school nursing program.
You must also possess:
Current AHPRA registration
National Police Clearance
Unrestricted South Australian Driver's License
Working with Children and NDIS clearances
Current practical manual handling, first aid, and CPR certificates
Proof of mandatory vaccination (including COVID and Flu)
