About the Role
Sydney - Lumia Care is seeking an enthusiastic individual with demonstrated ability to effectively provide leadership & direction to our Rural and Remote team.
The Rural and Remote manager is an integral member of Kemp management team & is responsible for the day-to-day operations of this division. Within this role you will leverage your industry knowledge to drive success across multiple client and staff engagements, offering valuable insights and driving operational improvements. You will oversee a team, build strong client and staff relationships, and ensure effective project delivery. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record of delivering results and contributing to business growth and completion of Rural contracts.

To be successful in this role you will have:
Demonstrate excellent relationship building, sales, and service skills
Where relevant, support the executive team in driving team business development initiatives within Rural and Remote contracts
A proven track record of meeting targets and KPIs
Strong team collaboration skills
Quick problem solving abilities
Previous experience within a leadership role
Sound knowledge of the healthcare industry
Experience within the healthcare industry is advantageous
