About the Role
Melbourne - Lumia Care is seeking an enthusiastic individual with demonstrated ability to effectively provide leadership & direction to our Victorian office as their state manager.
The state manager is an integral member of Kemp management team & is responsible for the day to day running of the state. The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager, they must have nursing experience within a hospital environment.

To be successful in this role you will have:
A proven track record of meeting targets and KPIs
Strong team collaboration skills
Quick problem solving abilities
Previous experience within a leadership and management role
Sound knowledge of the healthcare industry
A well documented history of exceptional customer engagement
The ability to anticipate workforce needs by collaborating with stakeholders.
Experience within the healthcare industry is advantageous
