✔ Government Contribution – This includes the Home Care Package subsidy and any additional supplements if eligible.

✔ Your Contribution (if required): 

• Basic Daily Fee – Many providers charge this, which reduces the amount of funding available for your care. At Lumia Care, we do not charge a Basic Daily Fee, ensuring more of your package funds go directly toward your services. 

• Income-Tested Care Fee – If Services Australia determines that you can contribute based on your income, you may be required to pay an income-tested care fee. This amount varies depending on your financial situation. 

• Additional Fees – Any extra services you choose to pay for beyond your funded care plan, such as private services or additional hours of care. 

Your total budget covers all services, provider costs, care coordination, and management.
